Jennifer is a Chartered Psychologist, who is RQTU and HCPC Registered, with over 23 years of extensive experience as a selection and assessment professional. Passionate about translating cutting-edge psychological principles and robust assessment methodologies into real-life practice to support individuals and organisations through tailored, defensible and cost-effective solutions.
Since 2015, Jennifer has specialised in neurodiversity assessments in adults and young people; including Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and ADHD, both in educational and occupational settings, as well as workplace needs assessments. Furthermore, she has also focused her attention on utilising personality assessments for the purposes of selection and professional development.
She has proven track record in the design, delivery and quality assurance of nationally administered and bespoke solutions for assessment, selection, development and training at all levels. These ranged from and included, high volume entry up to chief executive level and specialist roles. Her work spans primarily the public sector, with some involvement in private sector initiatives.
Jennifer is a Health and Care Professions Council Registered Psychologist, a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society and Accredited Test User, with an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a BSc in Applied Psychology. She is also and an active member of several professional bodies, including the SpLD Assessment Standards Committee, British Dyslexia Association and PATOSS.
As a Registered Test User, Jennifer is accredited to use a wide range of psychometric and diagnostic tools, including:
- Personality & Development Assessments: WAVE Professional Styles, NEO Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Firo-B, MTQ48
- Neurodiversity & Cognitive Assessments: WAIS-IV, WRAT 5, WIAT, DIVA, Adult DCD/Dyspraxia Checklist (ADC)
She also holds an ADHD Specialist Certification in Diagnosis & Management.
Jennifer currently holds an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate and has full professional indemnity insurance.
